All assignments are supervised by a senior member of staff to ensure that your work is carried out in a timely and efficient manner. All of our systems are computerised, with the majority of the work being carried out using Sage software, which is the UK market leader in providing accounting software to small businesses.

Continuity of Staff

Wherever possible we try to ensure that there is continuity of staff assigned to your work; this enables staff to build up knowledge of your business thus saving both your time and ours.


Unexpected invoices and costs

Historically accountants have charged clients by the hour, but things are changing. With our fixed price agreements, client know how much they will be charged for the services they need.

Being billed for every small item of work/ telephone call

A common client complaint about accountants and not good for the working relationship. As part of our consultancy agreement, you are entitled to unlimited telephone consultancy.

Hard Sell Of Additional Services

We do not sell on additional financial services. We can bring in an Independent Financial Adviser to assist you with regards to pensions, insurance, mortgages etc; should you require these, and brokers to help with financing your business.
